"I came to the store 12/23/23 to check if they had specific boots in stock & I arrived 15 minutes before their posted closing time and the store was already closed. No sign on door or on the website indicating they would be closed early today. Only signage is that of them being closed Christmas Day. What a waste of a 30 minute drive for a transaction that would have taken 5-10 minutes tops for I already know exactly what I wanted. I have posted a picture showing window shades down & open sign turned off to show it being closed"

"I drove 20 minutes to arrive at the store an hour before they close to have my boots oiled. Every other time I have this done, it takes 5 minutes. The lady told me that I had to leave them overnight if I wanted to get it done. With out a change of shoes, this is not an option. I've never experienced bad service at red wing store until now. What a waste of my time and gas."

"Covid 19 safe practices are in place at this location. No more than 4 people in the store at one time, and a box of masks and sanitizer is provided upon entrance inside of the store. The gentleman that serviced us, Alex, was very polite and personable, great customer service. My first impression of this store was a great one. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again."
