"I bought the new Jordan 5 UNC here. Everything was perfectly fine. I then noticed a couple of days later that the paint started to come off. I decided to go back and see what was the problem. I already knew that they had a 2 week return policy so I tried to do it as fast as possible. I went up to the manager and he looked at the shoe and did the ordinary rep check and told me to buy this cleaner called crep protect. I bought the cleaner and the fading color of the shoe didn’t go away. He told us if this didn’t work then we can come back and figure something out. Because the cleaner didn’t work, I went back. The guy at the desk stuttered a little bit and finally told me that the manager wasn’t here and he didn’t know when he will be back. He told me I can leave my phone number so when the manager comes back he can call me. This was already a week gone by this point so I only had 1 week to figure out something. I didn’t hear anything on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Finally on Wednesday I went back. I hopped out of my car and saw the guy at the desk roll his eyes at me. I opened the door and asked for the manager and the guy told me that the manager had the day off today. I was so mad because I figured out that they were stalling for the 2 week policy. In conclusion these people are absolutely terrible at business and customer service. NEVER BUY HERE!!!"
