"I love this place! Juan is my artist and ima stick with him. My first tattoo with him was 9hrs first session. He's an amazing artist. It's a hella cool shop."
"Very clean, everyone was polite almost makes me feel like home. And the tattoos are awesome, very good work, nice smooth lines. One of the better places I've been at."
"I always get nervous before going into a shop I’ve never been to but as soon as I entered I was greeted by a chill dude and the vibes were immediately set. The environment was so light and felt very welcoming. Staff was amazing ! Every single artist was dope and kept conversation w all their customers everyone was laughing and over all it was a great experience, I even got a goodie bad tehehe. Safe to say I will be coming back :3 shout out to Katerina my tattoo came out so cutee"
"My daughter and I came as a walk-in. It was our first time there, but Katerina and Romeo treated us very kindly and did an awesome job on our tattoos. I would recommend this place to anyone & the prices are fair too."
"Tattoo design i got was a “DM to claim” design yet I ran into someone i don't even know who had the exact same tattoo. (Which was also done by the same artist on the same day) Don’t understand how the “DM to claim” a tattoo design works, if the tattoo design isn’t truthfully claimed by only me, maybe be consistent and clear with clients on who gets to actually “claim” a tattoo. I’d Also suggest be clear to clients and explain why additional charges are being added. Because I was charged an extra $20 even though I was told I’d only have to pay $120 the day of my tattoo after a $40 deposit. My tattoo total then came out to $180 instead of $160. I commend Bagginator Romeo and Jon for having excellent customer service with their clients and with me. I was hearing and seeing how they gave their customers detailed after care advice.Unlike how I had to ask my tattoo artist what to do with after care even after they knew this was my very first tattoo. felt they wanted to just get my tattoo over and done with because I was their last customer in the shop that day and also took breaks during my tattoo. Like sorry I trusted u with my first tattoo and it took u a while to complete it on me because i was literally going to faint on the tattoo table and needed breaks??. Either way would not go there again"
