"Rude service from some of the people that work in the pharmacy department. Had one man cut me off multiple times while I was speaking to him in regards to medication. On different occasions nobody would pick up they would just place me on hold. One time they kept putting me on hold more then 4 times in a row. Sometimes nobody picks up and it rings and then back to hold"
"I was in the pharmacy line at 7:55 pm with a vehicle in front of me. Car was helped at 8:01 pm, by when I got to the window they rolled up the gate on me. Horrible service. The sad part is that there is not another pharmacy close by. Avoid this store."
"The pharmacy department at this location is so bad!! Went 9/11/2023 at 4:15pm Waited 30 minutes in drive thru for 2 medicines which one was over the counter and just had to be put in a bag and the other one had to be shaken into liquid form. I asked the lady when y’all text us and let us know the medicine is ready does it mean the medicine should be ready? She have me the nastiest look and attitude. To top it off she didn’t give me all my medicines!!! So I called and called and finally they answered and was just told to come back in 30 minutes! Ridiculous! I understand it’s hard to work their position but come on! Not going there anymore!"
"We had appointments to get our updated boosters. Paty was very helpful and although we had to wait a little bit, she was very nice and gentle so that we were comfortable and the vaccines didn’t hurt. Thank you very much!"
"If 0 stars were possible that would my choice. Pharmacy staff is an absolute Joke at this place. I went there because it was the closest at the time but man did I screw up on doing so. 4 hours till closing time, they said my daughter’s medicine would be ready before closing time, closing time came and they said Next day by 10:30, I call in advance to make sure it’s ready and now they say 2pm because they still have 100 prescriptions to do before they get to mine. They could’ve mentioned that and I would’ve gladly went else where. So I mention I need to speak to someone in charge and they say I can go pick it up in 30 minutes. What kinda place is this ? Just avoid this place !"
