"I don’t recommend using this access point as a delivery location. My cousin had a package delivered here and someone failed to due their job correctly and issued it out to someone else. They don’t want to own up to their mistake. My cousin got an email that his package was delivered. Went after work To pick up his package and was told by manager Joe that it never got delivered by UPS. UPS provided information on when the package was delivered and when advance auto parts checked it into their system. Yet, it was issued to someone without asking for ID."

"Got wipers installed, very nice employees, found them at a great price! They included warranty so I could have them replaced for only $2 each. The man really nice helped put the new wipers on for me. I will definitely be back again, thank you."

"Worst experience ever. Bought a new battery ($145) from this location. 20 minutes later I found it for half price with twice as much warranty at another store($74). Battery was never installed. Tried to return 30 minutes later, was told I couldn't return the battery. The receipt they gave me didn't say I could not return. Employee claimed this was store policy. Behind this one poster is their policy on battery returns. You're supposed to read this and know their policies when purchasing a battery. Below are the pictures of their hidden policies we're supposed to know. Policy doesn't state that you cannot get a cash refund on an unused uninstalled battery. Called corporate and I was told that I could get my cash back. Employee would only give me store credit not my original cash back. No real managers on site. Now I'm stuck with store credit and no battery for my truck. Total rip off. Never shopping here again. Ive spend thousands here throughout the years, no more! BUYERS BEWARE!!"
