Reviews
"I checked reviews before coming here, and despite many negatives, I found the food to be great. I ordered a bowl, and the portion was generous enough to leave me feeling full."
"avoid this location if you 1. don’t want rude unprofessional service 2. don’t want your order to be messed up or missing things EVERY SINGLE TIME. Melissa, if you don’t want customers to be upset maybe you shouldn’t be so negligent I mean for the love of God it’s the THIRD TIME JUST THIS WEEK ALONE THAT MY ORDER WAS MESSED UP AT YOUR HANDS. My mom even heard how ugly you spoke to me before you ran to the back to hide forcing the one hispanic female worker to do ALL OF THE WORK. I mean the 20 minutes I waited in there you had that one hispanic female worker doing all the work so what exactly are you getting paid for? To be rude and mess up orders? We have cabo bobs yall, really save yourself the headache and go there instead if you walk into the south lamar chipotle location & see a white woman just standing there (bc she just stands there each and every single time, not a single time have I ever seen her work or help her co workers, her entitlement truly shows). It will save you both time and a headache."
"What a BUMMER, this Chipotle on S Lamar was our go-to for years….we could eat lunch or dinner as a couple for under $20 and be reasonably full with good quality food. But NOW, they’ve taken what looks like a 20% price increase AND are super light-handed with what they’re putting in the bowl. 20% more $$ and 20% less food. NO BUENO!!! #stiilhungry"
"I’ve been coming to this chipotle for 2 years now, at least once a week if not more. Over the recent months things have gone downhill. I leave with a negative mindset more times than not. The portions have gotten so small it’s nearly laughable. Tiniest scoops of rice, beans, and protein. I was just there and I got maybe 10 beans. I’ve been having to ask for extra of everything. And I’ve noticed everyone in line around me also asking for more. The employees are trying to build the bowls and burritos at such a wildly fast pace (for no reason, I’ve never had more then a few other costumers in line with me), they are slinging in tiny amounts of food into the burritos in a really messy manor. Posting this for two reasons - first, in hopes that it may be seen and result in a better experience. Second, if I’m paying $17 for a burrito and chips, I really want it to be worth it. If prices were like they used to be I wouldn’t be on here."
"The Asian girl (that I don’t know the name) put a little bit of meat in my bowl after hitting the meat tongs so that the meat fell into the store container and not into the bowl. When she saw my dissatisfied face she asked me if I wanted to pay extra for double meat and I said no, I wanted the regular. She spoke loudly to the other employees: “this is the regular, right?”exposing me to them and the customers behide me and making fun of me. I always eat at Chipotle and I know she doesn’t put the (regular) meat in it. Of course I didn't want that and I left the store. At that moment she said: “is she mad huh?” laughing, mocking again. I feel totally disrespected by this employee."
