"I am assuming this is Curvy By Millys. The clothing was awesome! Great selection but the WORST customer service. I had tried on various things, put stuff away myself so it would be less on the employees. Then I go to check out and the cashier literally says "Oh, is this the only thing that fit you" So rude!"
"The return policy for their clothing is one of a kind. I recently sent my sister to make a purchase for me and out of the 3 items I only used 1 so I sent her to exchange the other 2 items which were a skirt and a belt. Turns out the belt could only be exchanged for clothing not accessories. It’s still their merchandise so I would think both items could have been exchanged for any of their other merchandise but no. So if you purchase anything and you’re not sure about it ask about return policy because they have a pretty weird policy. Will shop at another place where we can make normal returns and also where they take into consideration more days for returns or exchanges like the normal time frame is 30 days not 10."
