"Had to rate it a one star. I have placed two orders from this boutique to support small minority business and both times it took almost a month to receive my purchases. The money would be charged to my account the next business day but it would take weeks for my order to be shipped out. I would email the business account and no response until I had to email the owner personally multiple times, she would tell me that she would check or ask her workers at the store but I would never hear back. If you order from this boutique just be aware that your order won’t arrive in 5 to 7 business day as states when you check out. The clothes is fabulous but the customer service needs work or maybe just better communication with customers. It takes longer then actually ordering from the actual vendors from China which I’ve done and then take the most two weeks with DHL"

"bought my 75$ dress here , i tried it on and fit me a little loose how i wanted .. Next day i unbuttoned the dress and all the buttons fell off and couldnt wear it :// thought it was good quality for those prices"

She sent me a video of the pants and what to expect. She was awesome! I will be buying from here again! Thank you slay and Ivonne! Customer service was awesome! As a business owner, that’s something I look for!"
