"I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this location. The people they use to "fix" cars seem to be very young. Some may or may not speak English, which makes it hard to communicate, and they don't seem to be very experienced in what they are doing. They tried to return my vehicle to me several times, but there was always something that needed to be corrected. After finally getting my vehicle back after repairs, the hood has to be "forced" closed, and now some of the parts that were removed for repair have fallen off on the road somewhere, and the second one is loose. I am extremely displeased with the service I received at Excel collision. I will be returning and consulting with my insurance company as to my next step in getting these issues resolved. To make matters worse, I was approached by people who try to get you to make fraudulent claims (bodily injury) to get a "check" as they put it. Not sure if Excel is in collaboration with this scamming of the insurance companies. Bottom line, when vehicle repairs are needed. Take your vehicle to nationally accredited companies, which may cost more. But, the service is better. Much better. I'm all for supporting local, but I can't support substandard service."
