"Horrible experience at this location. I requested a radiator to be sent to this location and was told it would arrive the next business day in the morning, this was on Wednesday. I called on Thursday to see if it had arrived and was told it wouldn’t be in that day until Friday. Well today is Friday and when I called and was told it didn’t arrive in the morning shipment, and to call back at 3:00 pm. I called at 3:15 pm and was told by the manager that the order was cancelled, yet I was never contacted. They also didn’t offer any solution on their behalf. This was a huge waste of time and lack of professionalism on Advance Autos Parts. I am a commercial account holder and this is how I was treated. I will never return to this store again and will be taking my business elsewhere."
