"Took my bike out of storage after a year+ and found that gas was leaking badly. They took it right in. Had them replace battery and do an oil change as well. Had it back in a few days, running great. Very good customer service at very reasonable prices."

"In September 2018, my husband purchased an air breather for his motorcycle. We never received the part, as excuses were constantly made. We paid a total of $410 and, to date, have only been refunded $100. My husband was told the part was coming from China and there was no tracking number, etc. Finally, we purchased the item from a reputable company in the USA and and received it within a week. After a couple of months, my husband was told that when Busted Knuckle gets their money back for the part (they supposedly returned), then, we would get ours. We're still waiting. Also, when my husband had tires replaced and an oil change, his motorcycle was returned with a scratch the aluminum rims. After speaking with other people who have tried this business, it was noted that they paid for parts never received or refunded."
