"Got run around on car that i bought from pollard ford it ended up at this shop.I called maybe 2 days after they got it and young man answered and i gave him the whole situation he told me they ran a quick dianosis on my caddi and came up with bad sesor code.He stated they were behind and it would have take back seat to about 3 other jobs witch i understood was just trying to get the low down from the source he asked for my numberand told me he would conntact me soon.well i waited bot 4 days really about six because weekend and decide call back to see progress if any this time a old man named preston pick up phone.And was a complete a- hole.Told me i was wasting there time by calling them and if i wanted to know anything call pollard. I told him i wasnt going to waste there time then i would pick up the car.I left work Immediately.it took me about hr to get there.When i arrived he was nowhere to be seen.i asked the young man for the car a he pulled it around as he walked in he told me i left ot running for you. Obviously they were waiting for me and didnt want to hear what i had to say.Do yourself a favor go some where they value there Customers. This place is a joke i told them i just needed my car fixed and if dealership wouldnt pay i would and had no problem doing so that why i asked them to contact me.Just beware this was my experiance eitherway!"

"I took my car for air conditioning service. They did a great job repairing the AC in record time, and they even helped me remove my old license plate that was stuck. Definitely would recommend their service!"

"Took my truck to another alignment shop in town and the Alignment was NOt done correctly. The other shop wanted to charge me a lot more to “try” and fix it. Took it to these guys and they got it resolved quickly and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again. Honest and knowledgeable group of mechanics with customer service!!!"

"Took my 2015 Jk in for installation of some aftermarket shocks, diff covers, and brake pads an rotors... after being referred here by 5 Knights Accessories. 1st: They didnot even check the shocks. they were shipped uncharged w/ nitrogen and when i picked it up, i could tell something wasnt right but, they insisited that is how they should be. (track bar sitting AGAINST diff cover!) 2nd: They didnot install the Diff Cover gaskets that i provided and "specifically" requested be used rather than RTV. 3rd: when i took it back in to re-charge the shocks they said it was ready and that they test drove it to make sure it was right. I wasnt even out of parking lot before both front shock collapsed and hung up on diff cover!!! I paid them (again) to remove defective shocks and reinstall OEM's. They somehow lost the hardware that goes to new shocks in those 45min... thus negating my ability to return shocks for refund! Honest assessment: Good guys But horrible mechanics! No attention to detail, not thorough, and definitely not a shop to have anything custom done! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALL STAR AUTOMOTIVE."

"I had my daughters car worked on here for an overheating issue. They initially said it was the water pump, charged me $450 to replace it, and so we picked it up and my daughter didn't get 5 miles away before it started overheating again. So we paid to tow it back to All Star. They said they would taie care of it, blah blah blah. Well after having the car for another 2 weeks! they called and said it was a blown headgasket and it would cost another $1400 to replace it. I asked the owner if he would subract the tow bill and the previous repair bill from that cost since they didn't fix it then and he flipped out on me and said that I was already getting a pretty huge discount on the job and that if I didn't like his price then I could pay them a $250 diagnosis fee for their extra time they spent figuring out the blown head gasket and tow my car off of his lot. It was very unprofessional and and derogatory. If you actually want to get your vehicle fixed at a fair price and not deal with crooks then I would avoid All Star Automotive."
