"DO NOT BUY from PEPE'S BOOTS AT BASSETT store! HORRIBLE return policy...they will find ANY excuse to not refund. I had my receipt within 10 days, all tags on, original box and bag and they claimed they were used/damaged which they were NEVER even worn! Had just tried them on at store! Cashier on duty said she needed Owners present to do a return of credit & expect you to come another day. Jose is a jerk & sarcastic and has no people skills.They pretty much dont honor their own policy!! JUST BAD BUSINESS!!"
