McDonald's

"I'm a pretty understanding person and when i say i am patient i really am. I've had fastfood jobs ans i know it can get challenging with the fast paceand sometimes bad customers. Therefore im always polite, patient and grateful. This McDonald's is the worst one in El Paso by far. They always and i do mean always get every order wrong. Everyone has an attitude the minute you pull up to the drive thru and it doesn't get any better when you pull up to the window. From the employees to the managers, their customer service is the worst. They walk away or close the window without saying anything. They act like it's an inconvenience to give you any sauce or when you tell them the oder isn't correct. I understand times are hard but you working somewhere you hate and treating people that just want the food they paid for like they are bothering you is insane."

"If let’s see how bad we can do so no one comes to order here was a saying it would be their’s. Very long lines, missing items, sometimes missing whole orders, stale cold fries and pick up takes way more than 30 minutes, inside is chaotic and messy. This location need serious help from upper management. Updated: still very shotty service very long wait times, employees don’t know how to read or follow instructions. Everything about my first comment 7months ago is still very much relevant. Photo taken was missing cheese and fries but included a katchup, had onions on both sides of patty and pickles. I waited seven minutes while there were no cars in drive thru. If I could post a no star I would."

"Let's start with this, this uneducated slow employee didn't take my order for 30 minutes. Then we honked and she said that they were alternating with 4 people. That's what the young lady stated. So, comment on this and don't have a attitude! Fire that one employee please, never going to that location! Don't think if you would care about this review but we will still be aware of this location. Get more employees with more experience please."

"This is a good McDonald's overall but I gave the service a one star because it's been more than a month and they still can't fix their receipt printer. I scan my receipts to get points but not getting a receipt from the drive-thru is getting frustrating. Especially cause they like to charge you for stuff and not give it to you. Be careful people."

"They never get my order wrong and the food tastes great the interior design is beautiful. 10/10 the best McDonald's in El Paso Their curbside pickup is extremely fast 99% of the time"
