"Not enough open lanes, line was long only one cashier. Other cashier closed lane and took off with manager. Was next up and .manager closed lane and made cashier move to next lane. Then took sweet time to get back to my lane. Not friendly, no thanks for waiting. Customer in felnt of me claimed that she never shopped at this location because of service."
"Had the worst experience with a very very unprofessional manager. Ladies please be aware he likes to walk all over the store harassing you and trying to degrade you and accuse you of stealing. He has been reported and I have been informed he is now being investigated.for racial remarks and slander. Apparently he's done this to several women. It's so scary."
"Manager was absolutely terrible. Came up and started to harass me and my niece. She accidentally knocked down a toy and started to scream at me how I needed to “ control your effing kid” “ put her in the effing basket” on 11/08/23. He was then putting things back harshly and was talking very bad about my one year old to another girl. And talking about how “ his store” is a mess because of her when she can only ready the bottom shelf. He started to cuss at my one year old. He wouldn’t stop harassing us about how my niece knocked down a toy on accident. He then proceeded to follow us everywhere. Still talking very poorly about my one year old. While throwing things to “ organize “ his store. We were only there for not even a couple of minutes. He came up to us so rude and immediately started talking about a one year old to another person. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. absolutely humiliating and heartbreaking at the same time."
"I don’t know who the older white haired lady is that works there, I wish I would have gotten her name. She had one of the most disgusting customers I have ever seen in public and although was being cussed at, and degraded she handled that person like a boss. She also had a line building up because this customer was so ridiculous. More than anything I wish she could have refused her service but she continued on doing her job and didn’t let this ‘woman’ get the best of her. She definitely needs commended for this!!! To make matters worse whenever I was driving out of the parking lot that same lady was parked in a handicap parking spot without plates or a rear view sign for such parking smh."
"It's not the greatest location in Lubbock, but it's build around the same concept.. cheap and ransacked. This Dollar Tree is no different, you enter you will find boxes everywhere, products placed randomly, aisles blocked off by carts, etc. The employees are always depressed looking and there is never a cheerful moment in the store. It looks and feels like your in a cheap store. And now what once was a dollar ($1.00) is now $1.25."
