"Came to purchase shoes and they mentioned that their system was down and they couldn’t process anything. I asked if we can pay cash they said no, turned away every customer. Diana was very rude, she said she was the GM. She actually kicked out all the customers and told everyone they had to leave. Horrible service!! All the customers left upset. She said she couldn’t give me any numbers to any managers that she was the GM. She didn’t even want to open the door for us to leave she told me to open it myself. All the customers left upset. How do these people even work here with these customer service?"
