"Great service on my tires when they are not in a rush. Great customer service service. A few months ago I had to my suv crossover three times because two young men did a rush job on my tires which could have caused me to crash my vehicle. Someone needs to remind all employees there that the work they do could save a life or take a life. Thereby, a costly lawsuit would ensue. Speedy, bad service is worse than to wait for accountability and accurate service. This review is for the Jones rd location, 77065."

"Came in to get some new tires and was very satisfied with my experience. I was in and out much shorter than I expected to be. Javier took care of what I needed and he was very helpful and respectful during the whole process. The guys in the shop did a great job too. Very professional and speedy, especially on a Friday before closing time. I was skeptical to get the warranty on my tires (again), but after the guys found ANOTHER nail in my already patched tire, I was able to get my third tire for free. Take my advice: don’t pass on the warranty. It’s definitely worth it. Especially in this city. I will definitely be back for future services. Thanks again, Javier."
