"Have been here for service twice in about a span of a year. The first time was to repair a flat, and luckily they were able to just plug it and not replace the whole tire. About a year later, I came in for another flat, and was told the tread on my tires was worn enough I should consider replacing them all, which I did. They were the original factory tires and I was nearly at 30k miles, which is about as long as many factory tires last, apparently, according to a quick Google search. So, in both instances, I feel I received honest service with no unnecessary upselling. Staff have always been friendly and attentive. As long as they keep this up, I will be returning whenever I need tire service."
