Discount Tire

"I tried coming in for a tire rotation but got denied because my tires were “ Bald “ in his words “ there’s no point in getting them rotated if they’re bald “ I literally got them not even 1 year ago with not many miles in my car enough to wear out my tires and showed me a picture with a tire that still have tread life. Just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean you can get away with trying to sell me a set of tires. Phil was his name. Next time I’ll go to another discount tire that won’t try to scam me. This was the literal worst experience I’ve ever had with discount tire. The other ones never gave me anything this bad."

"Nice, helpful staff..and this will be the location I use in the future!!! I had bought new tires then the next year went to have my tires rotated at a different location and my tire pressure light for back tire kept coming on afterwards....took back to that location but to no avail..next not only the back tire sensor caused light to come on dash but also then my front tire.I love discount tire and have used for many many years and used while traveling to many states. But was truly upset the one location didn't have the same customer care and service the majority of their stores offer!"

Cody, the manager on this day was busy, yet found time to answer a few questions regarding the business and to look up information for future contacts with corporate when I am conducting research. "Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of Rico. I will not give the name of the person who made me grab my keys and leave but his customer service was very poor and he was talking to me like I was stupid, I didn’t appreciate his demeanor or attitude. After I grabbed my keys and left, Rico followed me out to my car and asked why I left and was very nice, he offered me a very fair price and did his best to make sure I had a satisfactory visit. I didn’t end up getting my tires there. But I may have if Rico was the first person I spoke to."

"I came last week since my tire pressure came on low for one tire. The young hispanic guy named anthony went above and volunteered to check all 4 just to be safe. I was very thankful for him taking that extra step knowing he had a long line still waiting for him to also do. Then i came today because the tire light came back and was greeted outside by Morgan. He was extremely sweet, honest and very helpful in assisting me with my tire issue. He was able to get me in and out. Customer service here was beyond what i expected and i will be coming to this location more often."
