"Excellent service! Need help with my car shaking at 60-65mph. Took it to another private owned tire shop and they made it worse. Took it to this location and they got me in and out within the hour. The problem is 90% fixed because one of my front wheel is slightly bent but the tech was be able to get it to the point that i can barely feel the vibration at high speed. I will definitely take my cars here for any tires and wheels services in the future."

"I’ve always had a great experience at this Discount Tire and it’s why I come back to this location. The workers here have a great attitude and do their best to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. They mounted two new wheels that I brought to my existing tires and made sure they were balanced. They put my old wheels back in the boxes that I brought and placed them back in my trunk just the way I had them. I was in and out within 30 minutes and back on the road. Highly recommend this Discount Tire. It’s the small details that make a difference. Keep up the great work!"

"I am so impressed with the extra care and service received from Garrett! My husband and I were shopping for rims for my car. This was our first stop to check pricing. Garrett was super helpful and had such amazing customer service. After reviewing pricing we were about to leave however we quickly returned to make our purchase. The reason we chose discount tire Jones Rd is not just because of the product. But because GARRETT made us feel important as a customer and was very professional the entire time. Even when it was nearing the promise time he came in to let us know it would run slightly past. We were completely fine with this because he cared enough to let us know and kept us updated. I live in Waller and although the cypress location is closer. I will happily drive to this location. Please do not change, there are so many businesses that have lost sight of true customer service.
