The only thing with this business negative was the air conditioning there was frigid and blowing forcefully. It was only in the 60's outside. We were there all day, so that was very uncomfortable. I should have worn a coat."

"From start to finish, my experience was top notch. I arrived 15 minutes late for my scheduled appointment time (I had to get a jump for my car), but Pete Hernandez still greeted me with a smile. The minute by minute updates and service video were a good way to ease my worries of possibly being overcharged for unnecessary repairs. Pete and the rest of the team were very trustworthy and did an excellent job of explaining what was needed in a way that I could understand. I pray that my Murano won’t break down any time soon, but if it does; I won’t hesitate to call Nissan - New Braunfels."

"Great service. My son brought his car here. My husband and I sat back and let him take care of everything. We were there for support and he would come and ask questions we'd give him the answer or how to redirect the question to the salesman and the finance manager. Everything worked out great. A low payment that fits his budget. Again very friendly staff no pressure on purchasing a car or extra accessories that are not needed."

You receive text and video of your vehicle on what is needed for repairs etc. I can highly recommend this dealership. The lobby is always clean and plenty of options for drinks and snacks. Plenty of outlets for charging devices while you wait."
