"The night before my daughter and I were leaving on a road trip, I realized one of my headlights was out on my Honda CRV. I called my husband who was already out of town with our son, slightly panicked, as there were no auto shops open that late, and we were planning to leave early in the morning. My husband directed us to AutoZone to purchase the headlamp with the plan to for us to watch a youtube video on how to change it, with him on the phone to help guide us as well. We got to AutoZone with less than an hour before closing, and we went to the counter to ask for advice on which replacement lights to buy, whether to get two so that they're the same, etc. Dennis was the man at the counter, and he was WONDERFUL! He immediately noticed my neophyte trepidation and at once offered to see if he could change the lamps for me, right out in front of the store! The headlamp which was the one that was out was in front of the driver's side, and the space was so tight that he had to move a component out of the way to get at it, then put it back in place. There was no way I would have felt comfortable or even have thought to do that on my own, so I was SO grateful he had offered to do it for me! He was so kind, so helpful, and so quickly changed them out for me, then even educated me in the water deposit build up of the headlamp casing to help me understand why one was brighter than the other, informed me that it was something my husband could do with a kit they sold, rather than pay someone else to do at the auto shop. I did buy the kit, and when we returned from our trip, my husband used it on both our cars and was thrilled with the results and how easy it was to do. Our experience there with Dennis completely sold us on AutoZone as our go to shop for everything we need for our cars. He was the absolute BEST!"
