"I need it a new used tire in an emergency after my friend accidentally popped my rear tire on a hidden culvert inside of a grassy ditch when he accidentally drove off the driveway into the grass. It was an easy mistake that anyone could make. He put the donut on the car and we started doing research. I called around and this was the cheapest place that was closest to me in New Braunfels as I was in Spring branch. They were extremely respectful to me and treated me like a person not just a woman with a car... But they did not balance the tire AT ALL and was 2.3 off on the tire in question when the rest were only .5 off. When I left I needed to immediately go to Discount Tire Co. in order to get all 4 wheels balanced and rotated and aired up properly after driving on it unbalanced for a few days not realizing what detriment it was causing. The kind people at Discount Tire Co. told me how unbelievably unbalanced it was and that I'll need 2 new tires soon, in the next 3-4 months since I'm a very frequent driver; only because the tire I bought was already 3/5 used. (The other rear tire is just old and needs replacing. My 2 front tires are brand new, but I could only afford 2 at the time.) I would definitely recommend this place to get a cheap tire but I would take your car to discount tire or your favorite tire shop or mechanic immediately afterwards to get a balance. I ended up walking away only paying $35 (instead of $50) and taking my old broken tire with me so I didn't have to pay the disposal fee of $15. I am now using my old tire as a garden planter at my partners grandmother's house to hell keep the loose soil on the roots of a slope with flowering bushes she loves. Reduce, reuse, recycle!"
