"Do not have good customer service. Inattentive and rude. Walked in wasn’t acknowledging. Stood at the counter for a few minutes no one even looked up. Asked about a tire said immediately they didn’t have it. I’m 99% sure they didn’t even bother to check."

"I hate leaving bad reviews but this place has just gotten worse and worse. This used to be my go-to place for tires and I have even referred my friends to this place but the last two times I came I was treated like an inconvenience and they kept trying to make me buy new tires instead of used. When they couldn't answer my questions, they told me that I should go to 3 Amigos Tire Shop instead. And I did...and will continue to do so and refer my friends to go there instead. I'm sure they will be fine losing just 4 customers but it's really not a good way to do business. They seem to be just fine with that. Thanks for the referral to somewhere that wants my business."
