"Purchased wrong part @ carrier location in Grand Prairie, Tx. I was told when purchasing if I don’t use it bring it back for a refund, I did not even pull it out of the box after I left the store and returned with it, kid behind the counter claimed I swapped it out, he said it look used, I explained to him I didn’t even take it out of the box after I left the store with, mechanic installed new part with solenoid, I tried to return an unused part and was refused, horrible customer service, need better training, if that came off 2003 ranger, it would be obvious, will not return to Oreilys for any thing picture attached is the part I attempted to return, bolts still sealed and everything"
