"Tire prices are inherently expensive unfortunately, but they price match and work fast. I had an hour wait on a particularly busy day. I was watching their employees work from the lobby window. These guys work non stop and it's manual labor. Efficient team and do a great job! I've been to some that forgot to tighten all lug nuts, and broke a cap cover."

"Guys were nice, fast and friendly. My only issue is I went to get a single new tire and all that went great until I was missing 2 tire valve caps and got two different ones, one of them belonged to a BMW. (I don’t drive a BMW) I get it you need to take them off in order to put air but it’s not hard to screw them back in. Not really a big deal but it shows lack of attention to detail on behalf of the employees."

"A wonderful place for great value and great service. Mike, one of the managers was very pleasant on the phone when I was shopping around for tires. He did not pressure me, just check to see if they had what I needed and told me to let him know if he could be of assistance. When I pulled up, the lobby was full of folks, needing various levels of assistance. DT had him covered there plenty of team members to help everyone out. I was helped by Nathaniel , and before, ringing me up (with my military discount), he went and put his eyes on the tires, because it said only two were left. He said it would take about an hour and a half so I took a seat. About an hour into it., Aaron came from the service bay and showed me some damage to one of my rims. He showed me some options that they carried and what it would cost he said just let them know if they could ever help me out. Then he tells me it only be about five more minutes and they’ll have me out of there. Not bad for a walk in on a midday Wednesday afternoon with a shop full of people to get me in and out in just over an hour. Really appreciate it. If you’re in the market for tires, definitely call or swing by and give them a chance to earn your business, I know they earned it mine ."

"A few years back, I had a nail in one tire. The replacement tire had to match the other three. But it was a used one. Time passes and here comes the time for a State Inspection. The tread on this one tire wouldn't pass inspection. I had to find a new one. The other three didn't appear worn. Not so simple finding the same tire model. I guess they are no longer in fashion. Discount Tire had some at a fair price and a nearby location. I ordered one online. It was ready at the nearby store within a few days. I scheduled a time online. The website was user-friendly. I drove there before the scheduled time. I parked in the designated area. Inside, I registered on a special display. This puts me in the customer queue. I sat down and waited a few minutes. The mechanic called my name. I handed him the vehicle key and told him where I parked. I sat down and watched the TV on the wall. There was self-service coffee. But most customers brought their coffee from nearby stores. The restroom was spotless. I only waited 20 minutes. The mechanic handed me my keys. He parked my vehicle outside the front door. The service was quick. Tough to beat such convenience."
