"If I could give negative stars I would. Purchased aprons and straps in mid April, aprons arrived and they are great! Straps are lost in the never never and can’t get any help from customer service. Their reply was “ I don’t know what to tell you.” Here it is the end of May and according to tracking, our apron straps are still sitting in Melbourne. Do yourself a favor; if you need work clothing from Australia, order direct from a company there. You won’t get any help from this company. UPDATE: Went from terrible to good. They have refunded our entire order. Hate that it took this long, but it is appreciated."
