"Have to do a return and they asked me if I bought in their store (?). Then the lady told me she still learning to do return and called another lady come to help. After whispering with each other, they said that i need to wash the shirt because it was dirty. Don’t know what they talked about since the tags and also size stickers were still there. I never experienced this weird situation before… I have no idea!"

"The fitting rooms are not safe. To my knowledge all other customers had left the store while I was still in the fitting room making up my mind about a dress. I bent down to try to get the dress off, because it was stuck, and the curtain rustles. I quickly turn around and there is a hand reaching in to get my bag. I start hollering and making a scene, then the hand retracts. No apology or any remorse was expressed. I spent what felt like 10 minutes in there trying to calm down before leaving the store without making a purchase. I didn’t know what to do, but in hindsight, the people working there were really interested in getting a fitting room started for me and taking my bags. I had two lightweight shopping bags (with just a few shirts I got on sale at other stores in them) and the bag I carry everywhere is a simple tote bag. None of what I was wearing was fashionable or pricey, so I don’t believe I was profiled. The fitting room set up is flawed because there is nothing securing the curtains closed or preventing entry while occupied. The person that reached in knew when I was bent over. I would not be surprised if there was a camera in there. Red flags: -Employees wanted to separate me and my bags while I shopped in their store. -Employees pushed getting a fitting room “started” and needed to take the dress back themselves before I could go back there. -Once the store was empty something happened, meaning that the employees did not have to be present out front at the time of the incident. I absolutely do not want what I said above about the potential for an employee to be involved to be true and it pains me to feel violated in a store that’s owned by other stores I’ve felt safe in. I just need people to know, whatever you do and at any cost, do not use the fitting rooms at this WHBM. Do whatever you need to avoid leaving the main store area. The fitting rooms are not safe."

"I went to store at lakeline mall today, Christ Travis she works at here, helped me to find dress for wedding party, I felt she really wants to help me and she knows already worries of mine. Warmly and tenderly these I haven't had before at WHBM. I didn't have dress for my size but I bought other item, I think I will come back 99% of cause of Christ."
