"Avoid this Quick Lube. Drove in today because place was not not busy.(should have been my first clue) Gave my magnetic oil drain removal tool to service tech and explained how to use it. I was overheard by manager and he immediately stating yelling “ NO SERVICE” to the tech. Tried to explain to him that this drain plug type was added to remedy a stripped oil drain plug but he would not even attempt to listen. Even offered to remove the plug myself! Kwik Car right up 377 has no problem doing my oil changes with this type oil drain plug and will continue to do my changes from now on. Rudest service I have ever received from a private business."

"Have been using this place for 10+ years. Will never go back the last 3 times I have attempted to use them, the oil change guy says sorry boss I am going to lunch. This time at 3, he walks out and says sorry boss I am closing early"

"I was in Benbrook, TX visiting my son and grand kids. I was from out of town. Thought I would do a nice thing and get the oil changed in my son’s car. I went here because the sign said $21.95 oil change. I pulled in and was offered three different hand written options on a blank white piece of paper… oil changes for $53, $80, $100. Nothing close to the $21.95 advertised on the big sign outside. Only after I asked, I was told the $21.95 oil change was only for the “cheap/non-Pennzoil oil”…even though the store front is labeled “Pennzoil Oil Lube”. I felt like I was getting scammed by the 2 employees there and they were just pocketing the $ themselves. They also asked me if I wanted to replace a perfectly good and clean air filter. I won’t ever go back again. I’m a 59 year old guy whose changed oil in my cars many times …. I can only imagine how they’d try to take advantage of a young person that’s not auto-savvy. Stay away in my opinion."

"Quoted $130 for an oil change. Was told by staff “that’s how much they cost here”. Went down the road and got one for $25. (Brought own oil and filter)"

"I was originally headed to the Kwik Kar lube or whatever it's called, but that place had a line when I drove by and nobody was here! The prices are comparable, the guys that work here are sweet and polite, and they did an awesome job! This is my new place :) Edit: I also got a free car wash! I had just gotten one, but he said it's good all week and I can bring a different car if I want to."
