"Me and my family have boughten several boots and other wester wear items from this store. Good customer service, they also have good quality boots, and killer deals, like today I bought my brother a pair of boots and got a belt and a hat with it. I recommend coming here for graet deals and quality boots"
"I went to buy boots shirts belt and spent over 700 dollars at jc boots and I decided to put my boots and belt there and I forgot my belt hanging. When I left the woman named Juany the only worker there called me telling me I had forgotten my belt so I told her I would be back next week to pick it up and she said fine that she would hold it for me. When I went back I asked her for my belt and she said she didn't have it that she had thrown it out. So I was confused so I left kinda mad . On my way home she calls me again saying that she was lying and that she did have it but I was already getting home so I told her I would be back next week for my belt and buckle. I bought the belt at cavanders for 80 dollars plus tax and the buckle was a gift from my mom which was not cheap. I know those buckles cost atleast 100 dollars.I went back today and Juany got very aggravated as soon as she saw me walk in and I asked for my belt and she said to me in a very rude way that she had already told me that she didnt have it and. I asked where's my belt what did she do with it and she said you left it here so I took it and I do not have it anymore. So I called the owner Jesus C. He said he was on vacation and for me to send a message so I did and he said he would talk to her and I waited all day for his response but he hasn't responded at all. Now I saw on one of the reviews prior he responds that they do not steal from anyone well Obviously they do. Im gonna keep pressing the issue until I get compensation for my loss because for one its not right and 2 because that buckle was a very special gift from my mom. My mom is older and I know she cant afford much and to lose a gift that I know she spent probably her last cent to buy me. Thats not right J.C."
"I ordered boots about a year ago and never received them. They answered my call a few times and said they were running behind and then started to ignore my calls. I would never do business with them ever again."
