"Cristina messed up my son's hair. I am still crying as I type this review. No Christmas pictures for my son this year. She has NO clue on how to cut a simple haircut. I kept saying I want to give my son a slight trim since he has long hair and she just went ahead and cut his hair unevenly BALD. It was my first time there and a very TERRIBLE experience."

"If I could give no stars I would. I come here rarely but its close my home and my son was in dire of a haircut. We walked in and never were greeted, I put my phone number on the tablet and took a seat. This older lady came up to the front and said bluntly no food in the lobby, my son was finishing a ice cream. I replied oh he's done he's going to throw it away. As we were sitting there this man came in thru the door for a haircut and the older lady took him to her chair. I thought this was very unprofessional, plus there was 4 ladies that were employees that didn't say one word. The last time I was at sports clips there were different stylists and they were so kind and welcoming. The staff you have now have no manners."
