"Seeing the signs walk-ins welcomed i entered the store with my two kids to get a haircut and asked the guys do you need an appointment he said no and made us wait two hours and they still didn't approached us or asked us. Very poor customer service. Most of the barbers would be on their phones or go out to smoke, but would never acknowledge, greet or offer any help."
