"I went in happily because my sister went there and said the owner does a great job. I was looking forward to coming out with black cherry hair color. The top of my hair was the color I really wanted but it’s been not too long and it already faded back to my natural hair color. Paid $120 to just leave with my dark brown hair. I paid for the work but got no result. Very nice lady, said if I wanted to go lighter (aka the color I intentionally wanted) we’d have to re do the process, which means waste even more money. Learned my lesson, next time I’ll do it myself"
