"I booked online. Which you should never do for Alyssa. She does not care about them. And will confirm your appointment even if she will not be making it. She “squished me in” 1.5 hours after my booked appointment time. She did not take her time. Barely looked at the reference photo I showed her. This is not the cut I was planning on getting. All the other barbers seem to have clean lines and really focused on their clients. I do not like the back of my hair. Awful fade and not a clean line part. Only reasons for 2 stars is because the facility was nice and the other barbers were kind."
