"Went in for a haircut. Had a few guys look at me and not say anything as I walked in. I sat down, waited and no one greeted me or asked if needed a haircut. That was my second time trying to get a haircut there with the same results."

"Jayjay the barber is not committed. He doesn't care about his client's time. He doesn't value them. Because if he did he would show up to his appointments and not pull a no call no show on a client. And if he does show up he is always changing dates and times last minute when I am already there. Just wastes people's time. No consideration for his clients. Spare yourself the trouble and find someone else."

"Only 1 star today as I didn’t actually get a haircut (though I was suppose to). Booked appointments yesterday (for afternoon today) for my son and I in the. Arrived shortly before time only to find out our barber didn’t come in today. Being that it was busy (back to school) there were no other barbers to fit us in. I completely understand someone not making it to work, the lack of communication is the issue. Not sure if that is due to the 3rd party online booking app or not. I’d love to give Solano’s a try, but planning around those appointments only to be told when I arrived we couldn’t get in was not a great first impression"
