"Tech did not understand what I wanted done. I said a new set. She filed it down and when I said soak my old nails off. She just shook her head yes and kept filing down my nails. My nails feel like claws. Not happy with the service at all and it was for my birthday. Will not go back again! My nail bed also is inflamed badly."
