"Oh this is my new dental office, ya hear me?! First day I walk in, the staff were all joking and laughing with one another, while still taking care of people. Do you know why that’s so relevant? Because it means they love their job, love being at work, and it means that their clientele are going to be taken care of and with respect. The dentist is very nice and respectful. She didn’t exaggerate my needs to try to swindle me out of more money. She gave me the information on what I needed and priced it fairly. I like that they also have two different payment plans people can use if they don’t have enough to cover costs. I returned today for a deeper cleaning. The dentist is very friendly and nice. High spirited and loved what she does, you can tell. Her hygienist though, did THEE best cleaning I have ever had in my life lol. Treniece (spelling may be incorrect) was very attentive and made sure she didn’t just gloss over my teeth. She went over every tooth front to back to ensure they were thoroughly cleaned. I was very impressed with her work, and it was definitely above standards. She is very professional also and polite and patient. What impressed me the most is I told the dentist I have a high tolerance for anesthesia, and she didn’t treat me like other dentists and dismiss it. She actually looked at. A dentist blog online about a stronger combo anesthesia for those that have a high tolerance. That’s caring. Most of them ignore me and then are scrambling to find a way to numb me effectively to finish the work."

"I didn't know what to expect since I hadn't seen a dentist in many years. I was beyond nervous that I was experiencing tooth pain and jaw soreness so I decided it was time to see one. My excruciating tooth pain began Saturday. That same day I walked in and was seen the same day! I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Kristina at the front desk made me feel extremely welcomed, as did the dental assistant when I was called back. The dentist who treated my tooth pain is literally heaven sent for relieving my tooth pain on the same day. I am beyond grateful for the entire staff, for them being able to see me on the same day and making me feel extremely comfortable thru the entire process. I have definitely found my forever dentist office y'all are AWESOME. They are the best in Pasadena!"

"I have two complaints about Lovett Dental office in Pasadena, Texas. The first one: the dentist that was there told me he could replace my mercury fillings with white fillings. I agreed, and after he worked on my three fillings, he broke one of my teeth. Then I had to have a root canal and a crown installed. Not only that, but they had to bring a specialist in to fix my tooth. This cost me thousands of dollars. I did not even have to have this work done, but I let them do it. Anyway, this dentist left. My second complaint is: my wife agreed to have a crown put on her tooth and they told her exactly how much it would cost her. She paid the whole amount up front and they fixed her tooth. Months later we started receiving bills for $437 more that they quoted us. We called them and we were told it was a mistake and it would be erased as they had given us the whole price, and we paid it up front. My wife talked to our insurance company and they said that we did not owe that money that they did not pay what Lovett Dental was charging us. The office manager is trying to get the main office to drop this bill but she is not having any luck. Meanwhile, we keep getting these bills. Our credit is impeccable and I am afraid they’re going to ruin our credit rating over their mistake. They have a new dentist now and we really like her. If they can resolve this issue, we will stay with Lovett as long as our Dentist stays anyway."

"The staff is wonderful! I had no issues what-so-ever. I was well informed of my treatment plan and knew what was happening every step of the process. The dentist and staff were very attentive. I had essentially no pain at all. Insurance was verified and I knew exactly what to expect. I will definitely be back!"

"My son was traumatized on his first dental visit. His shirt was wet of tears, I heard him screaming but they would not let me in. The staff brought him out after the treatment, and he said "he will never see a dentist again". Tooth was pulled out and there were no "home instructions for us". Charged so much. Front desk people, NOT very friendly, after my son's treatment, they said they'll call me back for a follow up, never called me back. I called them after a month to see what is the plan, I was on hold for an hour just to be connected with the clinic and still no answer. Even the person that's trying to connect me with the clinic can not reach them. She said, she will call me back and NONE."
