"Placed an order by phone and had the pleasure of talking to ELIZABETH. It was FANTASTIC customer service from start to finish. We ordered two hats, one for my husband and one for our daughter. It was going to be shipped next day and Elizabeth and the hat shaper (wish I knew his name) had it done within an hour or less sending us photos and making sure we were satisfied. "I found Jobes Hat Store on the Stetson website. I was looking for a Stetson 100x Silverbelly and boy did they deliver. I can’t tell you how many stores I called looking for it in both Dallas and Ft. Worth. I’m happy to report that ONLY Jobes had it in stock. Francisco shipped it to me overnight just in time for my husband’s birthday. They have exceptional customer service. We visited the store today to exchange it for a larger size and they shaped it to his liking. I will say that it was worth the 45 minute drive. Thank you, Francisco!"

"Jobes hats has amazing customer service! Trying to find a felt American Hat Co. in my size at a good price for a while now. Have traveled all over and haven’t found what I was looking for. Called up Jobes to ensure their website was accurate to what they had i stock due to most other places saying they had stock till you check out and then get put on back order. Spoke to a young lady named Cindy, she went over what they had in stock and even went out of her way to verify their over stock. Seeing hat pictures online all the shades look different in every picture. Cindy had me text a picture of what I was looking for and then she had the knowledge to confirm what color hat I was looking for. She got my order placed over the phone, verified all my information for shipping and walked me through the next process. I sent over some pics of my current hat so they can replicate the shape. The order was placed Saturday, they text me Monday to show me finished shaping pictures, ask if I had any questions or concerns. Then shipped the hat and I got it Wednesday. 4 days from purchase to hands from Texas to Illinois! Excellent service, great options, great work. Even got to pick a patch from Jobes Hats brand. "Drove 2 hours to SUPPORT JOBE SANCHEZ and his establishment. After reading HIS story in the newspaper and wanting to see the true craftsmanship of hat shaping. A young man (Deigo) utterly failed and struggled to shape the hat. It was his 1st day shaping hat, and his coworkers did nothing but LAUGH at him. Finally, someone noticed how LOST and the lack of knowledge of shaping Diego had, and how UNCOMFORTABLE I was as the customer. I paid for the hat because I really fell in love with Mr. SANCHEZ's story and wanted to SUPPORT him, but I am truly DISAPPOINTED in the FINAL SHAPE that was given to the hat. Now I have a hat which I need to take to get reshaped properly another Western store. Customer service is amateur at best, shop with caution."
