"Bought a leather, not canvass, belt, it split at the seams where the two leather pieces come together. Took it back in April and they "sent it to their repair shop" stated they would contact me concerning the repair. In June I called and was told still in repair. was in the area in July so I stopped in to inquire if any update. Manager came out with the belt and said it couldn't be repaired. Wondering why I was never contacted by them but asked what recourse I have for a ~$350 belt that in my opinion was a manufactures defect. Was told they only warranty their trench coats and NOTHING else. So if looking for a trench coat give Burberry a consideration. Anything else they sell do yourself a favor and pass."
