They really pamper us guys at this place and it is truly enjoyable. Partook in an Old Fashioned during my visit. Already scheduled my next visit. I've had the pleasure of being a client of Mindy's, and I cannot say enough great things about her. She's professional, warm, genuine, and takes exceptional care of her clients. "Today was my first time at Hammer and Nails and men, wow, what an amazing experience. It began about 10:00 am this morning when I got a call from the sweetest person, Chelsea. She asked me a couple of questions about my hair, made sure I had directions, and asked me to show up a little early so she could give me a tour. Upon arrival, she greeted me at the door with the biggest smile, welcomed me, and gave me a tour of the facility. Very clean, staff was amazing, and felt very welcomed. Sat down for my haircut, and Erica was amazing. Before even starting, she asked me several questions in order to make sure she understood my style preferences. End result: Hammer and Nails gets it. They focus on quality and service which was obvious from start to finish. Thanks everyone for today, it was truly wonderful to see that service is coming back into style! They truly make you feel welcome from the time you call until you leave! Mindy took care of us and I’m glad she did. She was so sweet and personable. She make sure we were both comfortable and enjoying our time. She went out of her way to make sure my boyfriend could receive both the mani and pedi even though they were tight on schedule and booked.
