"I had the opportunity to visit the Ft Worth Orvis store after contacting Orvis directly regarding repair of my fly rod. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Both the counter employee and the fishing manager were extremely helpful and agreed that there was a defect and stated Orvis would repair the rod for free. They were going to take care of the delivery of my rod back to Orvis for repair. They also replaced the rod sock to protect my rod. The customer service was exceptional and I appreciate Orvis standing behind their product. Highly recommend the Ft. Worth store!!"
