There were two employees present and I asked for a clipper cut. My hair is a pretty simple cut. It was quick and easy. There was a question about them taking American Express but my card has a chip so the reader took it. recommended for men’s haircuts."

"I went in to get a haircut today and had a picture of how I wanted it. I wanted some layers and hadn't had a haircut in years. There was a lady and a young man in there working. The lady came over and told me that my hair already looked like the picture I just don't style it. And I tried to tell her I wanted layers and hadn't had a haircut in years. And my last cut my hair was parted on the side and I want to change it to down the middle. She said she didn't care about how my hair was parted she said my hair looks like the picture I just don't style it. So I asked her if she is saying my hair already looks like the picture is she saying I don't need a haircut?? She just kept saying I don't style my hair. I said fine I'll go then, since I don't need a haircut. She said yeah bye. And I just told my son let's go and fo somewhere else. My son is 16 he was shocked as well. I was trying to go in and give Procuts business and she basically turned me away. I have worked in customer service my own life and this was unacceptable. She was so rude. And I see why the OPEN-NO WAIT sign is always on. There's no wait because they are turning people like me away."
