"Absolutely terrible, I go in for a full platinum balyage. He tells me he can get close to it, and I was ok with that. My hair looks nowhere near what I asked for and he fried off the front pieces of my hair. He tells me it’s normal that my hair fell out. He also told me it would be cheaper and he asks how much the other place I went to would charge me and than charges me that. He than pressured me into buying product and said it was 40$ at the place he buys it but he will charge me 20$ because he wants the best for his clients. I told him I didn’t want it and he was like “I will lower it down to 10$.” I will be going back to get my money. Because the manipulation and pressure and the state of my hair deserves to be 0$. Completely terrible experience. I have also taken cosmetology school and toner should be left in for 30-45 minutes he put it in my hair and washed it out in the same minute. And I pointed it out and he goes “no no i know what I’m doing.”"
