"I’d start with ‘ I wish I could leave a review for my hair, but I didn’t even get to make it that far ! My appointment was scheduled for Friday @ 3:30, and I walked in at 3:38 only to be turned away and asked if I want to reschedule. The reason ? Because there was an appointment after mine, which would cause the salon to have to stay open past their scheduled hours . This isn’t my first time here, and I wasn’t made aware that there was a strict time policy . I’d understand if I was even 15 minutes late, but 8 minutes ?! Disappointing to say the least, especially considering I left work early and took an hour drive to get there just because I really liked the job they did last time . I’m struggling to understand what they’d do if they were running late themselves? I was given no calls prior to my appointment for arrival times nor was any information relayed to be ahead of me coming in.... As a small business owner myself, I just find it an odd way to treat a returning customer that you had an arrangement with . Either way, someone needs to teach the front desk etiquette . A phone call ahead of time would have been nice to communicate the salon priorities.."
