"My Husband came in there today for a haircut and beard trim with Roger.. my husband was to nice and didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings but he had a bad cut and beard trim I originally posted a negative review but I’m going to take it back now because we just received a call from the owner Erica who made it right and honestly who does that.. that alone will make my husband go back and try again everyone has a bad day and may not be on their best.. life happens.. thank you so much for reaching out and making it right and because of the customer service in making a wrong a right I am now giving them 5 stars"
