"I ordered for “3-4 hour pickup” and they never emailed, called, or did anything to say that my order was comfirmed. I checked my app and saw it said it was currently unavailable so I looked back a while later and it said cancelled and i got a voicemail that they had to cancel my order because I never picked it up. How was I supposed to know that it was ready??? I waited for like a solid month for an update from them. I have also been there a few times and the workers were just not in there or they were insanely rude like i've been asked if I was going to leave any time soon. I went there the other day because I live kind of far and this app said they were open for a while longer so I was going to ask if they heard about anything and there was a sign that they were short on staff and had to close early (not that that's anybody's fault)."
