"Today I went to have my teeth cleaned ,I meet a woman doctor she show mean , she not patient and lightly with patients . she left the device in patient's mouth ,she spoke American to her assistant ( She said she didn't want to tell customers not to tense up because she said customers also tense up while she works and go to teeth cleaned look like going to give birth) I don't known she has baby or not? my heart was pounding and I moved she quickly left without saying a word to the customer I've been going to the dentist more 20 years and this it's the first time I've met a Doctor like that. she knew I was Vietnamese so did that I come I pay not thing fee . Never going to come office again"

Have used other dental services due to insurance coverage changes. I now select only insurance coverage, from those that work with Dr. Crystal.
