Shortly after, I received a call from Desmond. Glad he called, which is why I gave an additional star. However, he let me know that my appointment was not confirmed. Explained it appeared that it was and as a new new client it wasn’t clear that I was not confirmed. System states “thank you for confirming your appointment “. There was no apology which is disappointing but he seemed like a nice guy."
