"I never write a complaint, but I feel that I should warn everyone before you consider coming to this dental office ... This place is horrible and if you are trying to consider spending all that money and getting braces this place is somewhere you should not choose!!! My son got his braces done it was the worst experience ever, not only do they cancel appointments on you all the time but trying to even get another appointment we would have to wait 2 months without seeing anyone... 4 months ago my son's teeth started shifting already, and I took him back to the dentist because I couldn't understand why and they just claimed that he needed a metal bracket ( that they failed to tell me about) and their response was that he just needs to get another set of braces and I informed them that I wasn't going to pay that all over again and they said " oh well" and the doctor just walked out... so save your money and save your time I am going to take this further because it is so unfair that a patient has to pay over $5,000 just to have his teeth shift in less than 6 months... the horrible experience that I went through I would hate for someone to go to the same thing and not to mention the number of times that they called to cancel my appointments at the last minute, because they always claim that the doctor is never there!!! I will be filing a complaint with the Texas State Board of dental examiners and the BBS..."
