"0 stars! I scheduled an appt. for my husband and confirmed in advance. On his way to the appointment I called to provide the office with the insurance info, but they said he didn’t have an appt. This made me extremely frustrated because when I called to confirm prior to the day of the appt. I had mentioned that they had not sent us the new patient paperwork. They told me that he would just do it in office. My husband had to take a day off work unpaid just for nothing. I am not sure what the issue is but it needs to get resolved before they lose all of their patients. Very disappointed in this place."

"Like most of the recent reviews, my appointment was canceled the day of without any notice. Only reason i found out was because I called to see if they had my insurance on file. Guy who answered couldn't even say why the appointment was canceled, just "I don't know""

"Absolutely terrible! Booked an appointment, got the reminder the day before. Showed up and guess who was not here…everyone. The office was closed. They are rough on your teeth especially those with dental trauma. Keep your teeth and your time by not visiting Stillwater dental. I really enjoyed this place until they merged with another company. Bad move on their part if you ask me!"

"I have never walked out of an office until now! As I read some of the previous reviews I see I have ran into the exact same issues! I had a cleaning scheduled on the books for 7 months.. then they called me the morning of and cancelled. Less than 2 hours from my appointment time and did not have another available appointment for months. Needless to say I never rescheduled.. this is after all the unnecessary overly charged dental work I had already received from them. Now.. 18months later, I gave them a second chance and ended up walking out during the appointment. What a waste of time. No wonder every person inside was new since my previous visit! Save frustration, just Go somewhere else!"

"This place used to be fantastic, but now they have joined some company that all of your calls go through and their service has been terrible. I had one appointment cancelled less than 24 hours within my appointment time because they decided to be closed on Tuesdays and never notified anyone. Then my rescheduled appointment, which was over a month later due to “limited availability” was cancelled at 07:44 AM when I had just pulled into the parking lot for my 08:00 appointment. That excuse was that “the hygienist had a delayed flight and wouldn’t be in that morning.” My wife has been waiting on her permanent crown for more than 7 weeks at this point, and just called to get an update - they didn’t have any answer and couldn’t get ahold of the dentist office. My recommendation is to find somewhere more reliable."
